There are two restrictions to changing the chart of accounts index: Firstly, you can change the language key for your maintenance language. However, you can only enter language keys for the languages into which the chart of accounts has already been translated. For example, the language key "E" for a chart of accounts maintained in English can be replaced by a "D" only if the chart of accounts exists completely in German. Secondly, you can delete an entry from the index if you have deleted or not yet created the chart of accounts.
