Line Item Display FI General Ledger

You can display all items posted to an account that have not yet been archived in accounts if they are kept using line item display.

Not all accounts require line item display. Some cases in which line item display is not necessary are:

• Reconciliation accounts (more detailed information available in the subledger),
• Sales revenue accounts (more detailed information available in the Sales and Distribution application ),
• Material stock accounts (more detailed information available in the Materials Management application),
• Tax accounts (detailed information is not necessary since tax data is contained and checked in the document).
